JAWSII is a type of cell isolated from mouse bone marrow with a mononuclear cell morphology.

Tissue Source:Bone marrow; Immature dendritic cells; Monocytes

Morphology:Monocytes, adherent, and circular suspension grow together

Culture Medium Formula:80% MEM-α Basal Medium (MD0800) + 20% FBS (SD0200) + 5 ng/mL mouse GM-CSF

Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃. 

Freezing conditions:  90% FBS (SD0200) + 10% DMSO

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
