LL/2 (LLC1) Mouse lung cancer cells (Lewis)
No.:CD0865
Price: ¥2000
Products Description
LL/2 (LLC1) cells are derived from the Lewis lung cancer cell line of C57BL mice, established from implantation of primary Lewis lung cancer in mouse lungs. This cell line is widely used as a metastasis model and is employed to study the mechanisms of action of cancer chemotherapy drugs. (1) Tubergenicity: High tumorigenicity in C57BL mice. (2) Antigen expression: H-2b. (3) Resistance: Resistant to 1,3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea, but sensitive to methotrexate. (4) Metastatic capability: Reported to have high tumorigenicity but weak metastasis in mice. The LL/2 (LLC1) cell line is widely used for its value in cancer research, especially in studying tumor metastasis, tumor angiogenesis, and evaluating the effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs.
