Panc02 [Panc-02; Pan02] Mouse pancreatic cancer cells
No.:CD0864
Price: ¥1100
Products Description
The Panc02 cell line is a mouse pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell line, originally established by Corbett et al. by implanting cotton thread containing 3-methylcholanthrene into the pancreas of C57BL/6 mice induced in pancreatic tumors. By mixing Panc02 cells with cryogenic Matrigel and injecting them into the tail of the pancreas in C57BL/6 mice, an in situ model simulating the pathological features of human pancreatic cancer can be established. This cell line is also widely used to study the biological characteristics of pancreatic cancer, immunotherapy, drug screening, and the tumor microenvironment.
