EL4.IL-2 Mouse lymphoma cells

EL4. IL-2 is a type of lymphoblast-like cell isolated from the thymus of lymphoma mice. This is a substrain of EL4 that can react with Fopo Alcohol 12-tetradetrades, 13-acetate (PMA) to form IL-2. In PMA-containing media, IL-2 concentration reached 2500 U/ml produced after 24 hours. The test showed a negative result for limb and bone development malformation virus (mouse pox).

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
