CMT-93 [CMT93] Mouse colorectal cancer cells

CMT-93 is a cell line with epithelial morphology isolated from the rectum of polyploid cancer mice. This cell line can be used for cancer research. The test found the rat pox virus to be negative.

Morphology:Epithelial cells grow adherently

Culture Medium Formula:DMEM (high Sugar) Complete Medium（MD0101）

Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃. 

Freezing conditions:  90% FBS (SD0200) + 10% DMSO

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
