Products Description
HCC1954 is an epithelial cell line isolated in 1995 from a 61-year-old Asian woman with primary stage IIA stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma, with no lymph node metastasis. HCC1954 positive for epithelial cell-specific markers epithelial glycoprotein-2 and cytokeratin 19, and negative for estrogen receptors (ER) and progesterone receptors (PR). ELISA detects Her2/neu overexpression.
