Products Description
Human cervical cancer cells H1HeLa, also known as H1-HeLa, H1 HeLa, H-Hela, or HeLa H1.
H1HeLa cells exhibit epithelioid morphology and are a subclonal strain isolated from HeLa cells established by Gey et al. by Hamparian V. Among them, the HeLa cells originally came from a 31-year-old Black woman diagnosed with cervical cancer. These subclonal cells are sensitive to rhinovirus and can be used for passaging and titration. These cells express keratin and are usually cultured using L-15 medium, but are also readily adapted to other media without Ca2+ ions or suspension cultures.
