K562-s Human chronic myeloid leukemia cells
No.:CD0824
Price: ¥2000.00
Products Description
Human chronic myeloid leukemia cells K562-s are clones isolated in 1999 from the parent cell K-562 [K562, K562], and exhibit blood cell morphology. The parent K-562 was isolated and established from the pleural fluid of a terminally ill 53-year-old female patient with chronic myeloid leukemia. K562-s also contains a BCR/ABL fusion gene. This cell is sensitive to the tyrosine kinase inhibitor imatinib mesylate and can pair with imatinib-resistant strain K562-r. It serves as an important cellular model for studying targeted therapy and resistance mechanisms in chronic medullenic leukemia, and is applied in immune system disease research.
