NCI-H2122 [H2122] Human lung cancer cells

Human lung adenocarcinoma cell NCI-H2122 [H2122] is a lymphoblastic cell isolated in 1989 from the pleural effusion of a 46-year-old white woman with non-small cell lung cancer, who smoked 30 packs annually. These cells can be used for 3D cell culture and cancer research.

Morphology:A mixed form of round cells and epithelial cells. During cell culture, clusters of living cells resembling grape clusters are formed, appearing in clusters and remaining loosely adhered or suspended.

Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃.
