H82R Human small cell lung cancer cell lines resistant to epoethoside and cisplatin

H82R is a chemotherapy-tolerant tumor formed by small cell lung cancer cells NCI-H82 [H82] after subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice, followed by continuous chemotherapy treatment (etoposide and cisplatin), and established in vitro. Compared to NCI-H82 cells, H82R exhibits tolerance to etoposide and cisplatin.
