A549 Cas9-copGFP-1 Human non-small cell lung cancer cells that stably express the Cas9 protein

Human non-small cell lung cancer cell A549 Cas9-copGFP-1 is a cell line that stably expresses the Cas9 protein, enabling researchers to efficiently apply it to CRISPR gene editing. A549 Cas9-copGFP-1 was created by knocking the Cas9 (from Streptococcus pyogenes) expression box into the AAVS1 safety site using a non-viral plasmid homologous recombination method. Additionally, this cell line also expressed copGFP and purinomycin resistance genes.
