Human embryonic stem cells H9 (without feeder layer)
No.:CD0760
Price: ¥3900
Products Description
Human embryonic stem cells H9, formerly known as WA09.
This cell was established in 1998 by Professor James Thomson's team at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Thomson's team was the first to successfully isolate and establish a human embryonic stem cell line. H9 was one of several core cell lines developed later, and other well-known human embryonic stem cell lines include H1and H7. These cells have been acclimatized by our library and have adapted to serum-free culture systems, requiring no feeding layer during culture. Currently, around the P39 generation is available, with each cell reviving to one T25, and 30 to 40 clones formed after 3 to 5 days.
