Products Description
Human embryonic stem cell H1, formerly known as WA01.
This cell was established in 1998 by Professor James Thomson's team at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Thomson's team successfully isolated and established a human embryonic stem cell line for the first time, with H1 being one of the core cell lines established. Other well-known human embryonic stem cell lines include H7and H9. This cell has been domesticated by our library and has adapted to serum-free culture systems, requiring no feeding layer during cultivation. Currently, about P34 generations are available, with each cell line revived to one T25, and after 3 to 5 days, 30 to 40 clones are formed.
