H7 (Feeder-free), formerly known as WA07.
This cell was established in 1998 by Professor James Thomson's team at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Thomson's team was the first to successfully isolate and establish a human embryonic stem cell line. H7 was one of several core cell lines established later, and other well-known human embryonic stem cell lines include H1 and H9. These cells have been acclimatized by our library and have adapted to serum-free culture systems, requiring no feeding layer during culture.
