Renal Mesangial Cell Culture Medium

The renal mesangial blood vessels belong to perivascular cells, located between the glomerular capillaries. Mesangial cells have multiple physiological functions and secrete mesangial mechanisms, engulfing and processing large fractions of plasma. Through the contraction and secretion of mesangial cells, vasoactive hormones control glomerular hemodynamics. MGM renal mesangial cell culture medium is cultured in a 2% low serum manner, with the addition of various functional factors required for cell growth. Small molecule compounds are used to inhibit the growth of miscellaneous cells, and this medium can maintain maximum cell purity and proliferation.

Basic culture medium: 500ml (P4300), cell growth factor (MGCS) 5ml (P4302), fetal bovine serum: 10ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)
