NO-Serum Serum™IMDM Reducing Medium

The NO-Serum™ series of media adds insulin, transferrin and other cell growth additives to classic IMDM to reduce the fastest percentage of cell growth to serum, and is suitable for any MEM base culture cell line.

NO-Serum™IMDM base contains L-glutamine, hepes, transferrin, insulin, and appropriate antibiotics, and can be used immediately after opening.

Please note: Please do not arbitrarily increase the percentage of antibiotics used to avoid poisoning due to cellular antibiotic disorder or affecting transfection efficiency

Medium Formula:

Base medium: 500ml (TM0070), cell growth factor: 25ml (TM0002), G/A: 2.5ml(SD0038)

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
