NO-Serum™F12 reducing serum medium

The NO-Serum™ series of culture-medium adds insulin, transferrin and other cell growth additives to classic F12 to reduce the fastest percentage of cell to serum growth, and is suitable for any F12-based cell line.

NO-Serum™F12 base contains L-glutamine, sodium pyruvate, transferrin, insulin, and appropriate antibiotics, endotoxin below 5EU/ml, ready for use when opened.

Please note: Please do not arbitrarily increase the percentage of antibiotics used to avoid poisoning due to cellular antibiotic disorder or affecting transfection efficiency

Base medium: 500ml (TM0040), cell growth factor 25ml (TM0002), G/A: 2.5ml(SD0038)
