NO-Serum™ MEM medium

The NO-Serum™ series of culture-medium adds insulin, transferrin and other cell growth additives to classic MEM to reduce the dependence of cells on serum for fastest growth, and is suitable for any cell line in MEM base culture.

The NO-Serum™MEM base contains Earle's salts,L-glutamine, NEAA, transferritin, insulin, and appropriate antibiotics, and is ready for use when opened.

Please note: Please do not arbitrarily increase the percentage of antibiotics used to avoid poisoning due to cellular antibiotic disorder or affecting transfection efficiency

Medium formula:

Base medium: 500ml (TM0030), Cell growth factor (TSGCS) 25ml (P2402), G/A: 2.5ml(SD0038)
