ToProcult™-Skin Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™-Skin Medium Primary Skin Cancer Cell Medium is a serum-free medium that uses BSA to replace serum to rapidly extract and expand skin cancer cells from human or small animal skin cancer associated tissues or peripheral blood. The kit uses BSA instead of animal derived serum to reduce contamination of fetal bovine serum in primary extraction. In addition to growth factors specific to skin cancer cells, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel to increase the adhesion and expansion ability of primary cells during primary extraction. The base uses small molecule compounds to inhibit the growth of non-skin cancer cells. It is suitable for the extraction, isolation and culture of small animal tumorigenic cells, primary skin cancer surgery, puncture and the isolation and culture of peripheral blood and other primary skin cancer cells.

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
