ToProcult™-Esophageal Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™-Esophageal Medium Primary esophageal cancer cell medium is a serum-free medium specially designed for the extraction, isolation and culture of esophageal cancer cells, which can be rapidly extracted and expanded from human or small animal esophageal cancer associated tissues or body fluids. The ToProcult™-Esophageal Medium has clear esophageal composition and uses BSA to replace fetal bovine serum to reduce the contamination of fetal bovine serum during primary extraction. The set contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel in addition to specific growth factors for esophageal cancer cells. In the process of cell extraction, it can promote the adhesion adsorption ability of primary cells after tissue and enzyme digestion, and use small molecule compounds to inhibit the growth of non-esophageal cancer cells in the basis, which is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumoblasts, and the separation and culture of primary esophageal cancer cells such as primary esophageal cancer surgery and puncture.
