ToProcult™-Bladder Tumor Medium

ToProcult™-Bladder Medium is a serum-free Medium specially designed for bladder cancer cell extraction. It can rapidly extract and expand bladder cancer cells from human or small animal bladder cancer associated tissues or body fluids. ToProcult™-Bladder Medium has clear composition, BSA is used to replace fetal bovine serum to reduce contamination in primary extraction. In addition to growth factors specific to bladder cancer cells, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel, which promotes cell adhesion after tissue and enzyme digestion during primary extraction. Small molecule compounds are used in the base to inhibit the growth of non-bladder cancer cells. It is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumor cells, and the separation and culture of primary bladder cancer cells such as surgery and puncture.
