ToProcult™-Prostatic Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™-Prostatic Medium Primary Prostate Cancer Cell Medium (XF) is a serum-free medium for rapid extraction and expansion of prostate cancer cells from human or small animal prostate cancer-associated tissue or body fluids. ToProcult™-Prostatic Medium has a clear composition, uses BSA instead of serum to reduce contamination of fetal bovine serum during primary extraction, and contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel in addition to growth factors specific to prostate cancer cells. In the process of cell extraction, it can promote the adhesion adsorption ability of primary cells, and use small molecule compounds to inhibit the growth of non-prostate cancer cells in the basis, which is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumorigenic cells, primary prostate cancer surgery, puncture, and the isolation and culture of peripheral blood and other prostate cancer primary cells.
