ToProcult™-Cervical Tumor Medium（XF）

ToProcult™-Cervical Medium Primary Cervical Cancer Cell Culture Medium (XF) is a serum-free culture medium specifically designed for the rapid extraction and expansion of cervical cancer cells from human or small animal cervical cervical-associated tissues or body fluids. ToProcult™-Cervical Medium has specific composition. The use of BSA instead of FBS can maintain the nutritional requirements for cell extraction while avoiding experimental unverifiability and animal contamination caused by unclear serum composition. Cervical Cervical Medium It also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel, which is used during primary cell extraction to increase the rate of tissue cell emergence and the adhesion capacity of enzyme digestion cells. Small molecule compounds are used in the base to inhibit the growth of non-cervical cancer cells. It is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumor blast cells.
