ToProcult™-Breast Tumor Medium

ToProcult™-Breast Medium Primary Breast Cancer Cell Medium is a serum-free medium specifically designed for breast cancer cell extraction to rapidly extract and expand breast cancer cells from human or small animal breast cancer-associated tissues or body fluids. BSA is used to replace fetal bovine serum and add factors required for breast cancer tumor cell growth. The kit contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel, which is used during tumor cell extraction to promote the rate of breast tumor tissue cell emergence and the ability of enzyme digestion of primary cells to adhere to the wall. Small molecule compounds are used in the base to inhibit the growth of non-breast cancer cells. It is suitable for extraction of animal breast cancer tumor cells, primary breast cancer surgery, puncture and isolation and culture of primary lung cancer cells such as peripheral blood of breast cancer.
