ToProcult™-Glioma Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™-Glioma Medium(XF) Primary glioma Cell Medium is a serum-free medium for rapid extraction and expansion of glioma cells from human or small animal glioma-associated tissue or peripheral blood. ToProcult™-Glioma Medium has a clear composition, adding B-27,PDGF and other factors required for glioma growth to reduce pollution in the primary extraction of fetal bovine serum. In addition to the growth factors specific to glioma cells, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix glue. In the process of cell extraction, it can promote the adhesion adsorption ability of tissues and primary cells, and inhibit the growth of non-glioma cells by using small molecule compounds. It is suitable for the extraction of animal glioma cells, primary glioma surgery, puncture, and the isolation and culture of primary glioma peripheral blood cells.
