ToProcult™ -Pancreatic Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™ -Pancreatic Cancer Medium (XF) is a serum-free medium specifically designed for pancreatic cancer cell extraction to rapidly extract and expand pancreatic cancer cells from pancreatic cancer-associated tissues or bodily fluids in humans or small animals. The ToProcult™ -Pancreatic Medium provides clear components to reduce contamination of fetal serum during primary extraction. In addition to pancreatic cancer cell specific growth factors, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel, which promotes the adhesion of tissues and primary cells. The use of small molecule compounds to inhibit the growth of non-pancreatic cancer cells is suitable for the extraction, isolation and culture of small animal tumorigenic cells, primary pancreatic cancer surgery, puncture and peripheral blood isolation and culture of pancreatic cancer primary cells.
