ToProcult™ -Renal Tumor Medium（XF）

ToProcult™ -Renal Medium Primary Renal Cancer Cell Medium (XF) is a serum-free medium specially designed for the extraction of primary renal cancer tumor cells. It can rapidly extract and expand renal cancer cells from human or small animal renal cancer-associated tissues or body fluids. Use BSA instead of serum to reduce the contamination of fetal bovine serum in primary extraction. In addition to growth factors specific to kidney cancer cells, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel to promote the adhesion and adsorption ability of tissues and primary cells. Small molecular compounds are used in the base to inhibit the growth of non-kidney cancer cells, which is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumor blast cells. Isolation and culture of primary renal carcinoma cells from operation, puncture and pleural fluid.
