ToProcult™-Hepatoma Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™-Hepatoma Medium Primary Hepatoma Cell Medium (XF) is a serum-free medium that uses BSA instead of serum to rapidly extract and expand liver cancer cells from human or small animal hepatoma associated tissue or body fluids. The ToProcult™-Hepatoma Medium has clear components, Reduce the contamination of fetal bovine serum in primary extraction. In addition to the growth factors specific to liver cancer cells, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix glue and BSA solution. The matrix adhesion protein content is not less than 10mg/ml, which can increase the adhesion and adsorption capacity of primary cells. It is suitable for the isolation and culture of small animal hepatocellular carcinoma, human primary hepatocellular carcinoma operation, puncture and pleural hydrops.
