ToProcult™-Lung Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™-Lung Medium Primary Lung Cancer Cell Culture Medium (XF) is a serum-free medium utilizing BSA as a serum substitute. It enables rapid extraction and expansion of lung cancer cells from human or small animal lung cancer-associated tissues or bodily fluids. ToProcult™-Lung Medium features well-defined components, minimizing fetal bovine serum contamination during primary extraction. The kit includes Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel in addition to lung cancer cell-specific growth factors. with a matrix mucin content of no less than 10mg/ml to enhance primary cell adhesion and attachment. The medium incorporates small molecules to inhibit non-lung cancer cell growth. It is suitable for: - Tumor cell extraction and culture from small animals - Organoid cell isolation - Isolation and culture of primary lung cancer cells from sources including surgical specimens, biopsies, and pleural/ascites fluid.

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
