Comprising B-27, recombinant proteins, vitamins, small molecules, steroids and other components, this formulation meets the growth requirements of both normal gastric and gastric cancer organoids. Appropriate levels of small molecules and steroids maintain organoid growth homogeneity while reducing undesirable differentiation pathways. As a serum-free component, it eliminates the need for additional serum supplementation during use. For optimal results, it is recommended for use in conjunction with complementary products.
