Caco-2 [Caco2] Human Colorectal Adenocarcinoma Cells

The cells were sampled from a 72-year-old male patient. The human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell Caco-2 [Caco2] was isolated from rectal carcinoma in situ and suitable for transfection. When the cells are full, they can show the characteristics of intestinal epithelial cell differentiation. Caco-2 cells express retinoic acid binding protein I and retinoic acid binding protein II. Each batch passed the detection of mycoplasma in this library, and the result was negative.
