Activator:

Plant hemagglutinin (PHA, commonly used, concentration 5-100 μ G/mL), concanavalin A (ConA), and pokeweed (PWM) can activate T cell proliferation; Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), pokeweed (PWM), and superantigen staphylococcal enterotoxin (SEB) can activate B cell proliferation
