NO-Serum™F10 reduced serum base medium

The NO-Serum™ series of media adds insulin, transferrin and other cell growth additives to classic media to reduce the fastest percentage of cell to serum growth, and is suitable for any F10 base culture cell line.

The NO-Serum™F10 base contains L-glutamine, transferrin, insulin, and appropriate antibiotics, and is ready for use when opened.

Please note: Please do not arbitrarily increase the percentage of antibiotics used to avoid poisoning due to cellular antibiotic disorder or affecting transfection efficiency
