WiDr human colon cancer cells

DNA fingerprinting showed that the cell line was a derivative of HT-29 (ATCC HTB-38). In nude mice subcutaneously inoculated with 1 * 10 ^ 7 cells, tumorigenesis occurred within 21 days, and the cells were negative for the expression of colon antigen 3; Immunoperoxidase staining showed that cytokeratin was positive; The cells express p53 antigen (the produced p53 has G ->a mutation, resulting in Arg ->His at 273); Tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF- α） Inhibit the growth of WiDr cells, and dihydrofolate reductase inhibitors have high cytotoxicity to WiDr cells.
