Stem Cell Neural Differentiation Medium

Neural stem cells usually grow in the form of neural spheres suspended in serum-free or low serum culture medium. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, adult multipotent progenitor cells, and umbilical cord blood cells derived from the blood system need to be induced to differentiate into neural stem cells. The neural differentiation culture medium for stem cells is supplemented with growth factors such as N2 and NGF, as well as a small amount of stimulating hormones to promote cell differentiation. This basic culture medium increases the concentration of L-cysteine and does not contain L-glutamate to maintain the normal growth of nerve cells.
