dyeing ™ Red nucleic acid staining is a significant and safe alternative to ethidium bromide. It is also easy to use, twice as sensitive and safer. At least twice the economic competitive product, this new dye can also be used and deal with less environmental and health problems than ethidium bromide.

dyeing ™ Red is a fluorescent dye that allows detection of DNA>0,3 ng in agarose and polyacrylamide gel. It combines two ds DNA, ssDNA and RNA, and emits red fluorescence, which can be detected and recorded under ultraviolet light with the same filter, ethidium bromide. For cloning applications, ultraviolet radiation should be minimized.

Ames test showed that the carcinogenicity of the dye was far less than that of ethidium bromide. Mammalian cell mutation test, mouse bone marrow erythrocyte micronucleus test and spermatocyte chromosome aberration test were all negative mutation results.

Use highQu to prepare DNA ladder for electrophoresis. Use SteinIN ™ Green nucleic acid staining is used for cloning applications and blue light detection.
