Products Description

Derived from HiFi polymerase, highQu ALLin ™ Ultra high fidelity DNA polymerase provides higher fidelity and lower error rate PCR than Taq. ALLin ™ Ultra-high fidelity DNA polymerase was designed faster to produce high yield PCR products up to 20 kb from complex GC-rich templates. Therefore, ALLin ™ Ultra high fidelity DNA polymerase is the best choice for long and complex PCR applications, requiring the highest fidelity. It is the preferred enzyme for cloning and various sequencing applications, including NGS. The blunt-end PCR product is suitable for connecting to the blunt-end carrier. However, in order to improve connection efficiency, it is recommended to use HighEnd ™ Repair kit (HER0101) is used to modify the end of PCR fragment.

For convenience, ALLin ™ High fidelity DNA polymerase and ALLin ™ Ultra high fidelity DNA polymerase can be mixed.
