Products Description

ORA ™ ROX L green fluorescent qPCR mixture is based on small-molecule inhibitor technology to hot-start PCR, allowing the highest sensitivity and specificity under standard and rapid qPCR cycle conditions. They provide good results on templates rich in AT and GC, and ensure the rapid expansion of early Ct values with minimum or no optimization.

Our main mixture provides PCR water to ensure the best performance. To adapt to a wide range of instruments, ORA ™ ROX L green fluorescent qPCR mixture has different versions - low or high ROX concentration.

As an optional use, the ROX passive reference dye is premixed in the mixture of ROX L and ROX H qPCR. If the buyer has an instrument capable of performing optional ROX detection and wants to perform optional signal standardization, the user must select this option in the software.
