Ana-1 Mouse Macrophages

ANA-1 cell line was established from C57BL/6 (H-2b) mouse bone marrow cells infected with J2 recombinant retrovirus for immortalization (Cox et al. 1989). The cell line has two types of growth modes, adherent cells and non-adherent cells. Its morphological characteristics are a large number of vacuoles and eccentric nuclei. Na-1 cells were positive for FcyR (Ly-17), Mac-1, Ly-5, heat stability antigen (HSA), Ly5.1 and Ly6B. 2 (Cox et al. 1989)。 These cells also continue to express lysozyme, showing very high constitutive phagocytic activity, and show tumor activity after LPS treatment, so they belong to the bone marrow cell lineage. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

90% 1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: 1640 complete medium (article number: MD0201)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
