RAG Mouse Renal Adenocarcinoma Cells

     This is a kidney - 2 α Non-reverse 8-azaguanine resistance (HPRT -, HGPRT -) clones of cell lines. BALB/c. mouse species, the test found that limb deformity virus (mouse pox) was negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

90% MEM base (MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+1% GA (SD0038)

Complete medium formula: MEM complete medium (MD0301)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
