A20 [A-20] Mouse lymphoma cells

A20 [A-20] is a BALB/c B-cell lymphoma cell line derived from spontaneous reticulocyte tumors in an aged BALB/cAnN mouse. This cell line can produce 64kD keratin. Research shows that when the A20 cell line is grown in vitro medium, surface immunoglobulin expression is minimal; When grown in RPMI 1640 medium, they express large amounts of surface immunoglobulins. A20 [A-20] cells can present allogeneic and protein antigens, which can be used for immunological research.
