A20 Mouse B-cell Lymphoma Cells

The cells were sampled from BALB/cAnN species and established lines. The mouse pox virus test was negative. The cells expressed less surface immunoglobulin in Click medium; The highest expression was found in RPMI 1640 medium. Cells can present both alloantigens and protein antigens. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

1640 base (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+0.05 mM mercaptoethanol (SD0031)+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
