MLTC-1 Mouse Leydig Cell Tumor Cells

This cell line was established from M548OP Leydig cell tumor transplanted from C57BL/6 mice. It preserves the response of the original tumor to hormones. Under the treatment of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), luteal hormone, cholera toxin, sodium fluoride and amido-5 '- ylimidodiphosphate, the activity of membrane adenylate cyclase increased, and progesterone was also produced under the action of hCG.

Medium and Culture Conditions

RPMI 1640 (MD0200)+20% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
