H9FF Human Embryonic Stem Cells (trophoblast Free)

Human embryonic stem cell H9, formerly known as WA09. Each cell can be recovered to a T25, and 30 to 40 clones will be formed after 3 to 4 days. H9 (SCSP-302) cells were domesticated with mTeSR1 (STEM CELL) culture medium, and no feeder layer was needed for culture. Tissue and Cell Type: human embryonic inner cell mass

Morphology: spherical clone, adherent growth

Use hES/HIPS serum-free culture medium kit (SCSP-662) for culture, passage and freezing.
