Natural Killer Cells In NK-92 Patients With Malignant Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma

NK-92 was originally derived from the blood of patients with NK lymphoma, and the cell line did not express KIRs. For some reason, most patients do not reject such cells. NantKwest modified NK92 by installing a CAR. In the chromium release test, it killed K562 cells and Daudi cells, which can be effectively used for the in vitro immunity of leukemia in the blood.
