Endothelial Complete Medium

Endothelial cell culture medium is a complete medium specially designed for the growth of normal human microvascular endothelial cells in vitro. It is a sterilized liquid medium containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and low concentration fetal bovine serum (5%). The medium buffer system is bicarbonate, and the pH value is 7.4 after equilibrium in a cell incubator containing 5% CO2. The formula of this medium can selectively promote the proliferation and growth of normal human microvascular endothelial cells in vitro culture, and achieve the optimal nutritional balance for them.

It contains 500 ml of basic culture medium, 25 ml of fetal bovine serum, 5 ml of endothelial growth factor, and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
