CHO-K1AEQ-Ga16 cells expressing the mitochondrially-targeted AEQUORIN and Ga16 proteins. CHO-K1AEq-Ga16 cells are selected from Blasticidin resistance HEK293 cells infected with lentiviruses expressing AEQUORIN with mitochondria targeting signal sequence and Ga16 protein.
