-Rat lung fibroblasts - adult rat-

Rat lung fibroblasts are isolated from tissue of adult Sprague-Dawley rats. Rat lung fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.

Medium Formulation: 

90%MEM(MD0300)+10% fetal Bovine Serum (SD0100)+G/A (SD0038)

MEM Complete Medium ( MD0301)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing condition: Base medium +5%DMSO+20%FBS(SD0200)

Complete Cryopreservation: Non-programmed cryogenic Cell cryopreservation (Low serum) (SD0001)
