Mouse sinusoidal endothelial cells-

Mouse Hepatic Sinusoidal Endothelial Cells (MHSEC) are isolated from Swiss mice. MHSEC are packaged immediately after purification and delivered as fresh suspensions (0o and +8 centigrade.) ready to use. MHSEC are not recommend for expanding or long term cultures.

Medium Formulation:

ECGM Endothelial Cell Culture Medium (P1001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing: 5% DMSO+95% FBS

Cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
