Wistar Rat Bone Marrow MSC Cells Wistar Rat Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, 0.5 cells per frozen tube × 106. The bone marrow of Wistar rats taken from our library for 3-6 weeks was isolated by mechanical method in a sterile environment. It can be cultured using Wistar rat mesenchymal stem cells complete culture medium (catalog number SCSP-615) for wall attachment, and then propagated and expanded to the second generation (P2 generation) for frozen storage. Each batch passed the mycoplasma test in this library and the result was negative. This batch of cells has been tested to have the ability to differentiate into fat, osteogenesis, and cartilage. It is recommended to use cells before generation P5 for differentiation experiments.
