Bone Marrow-CD36+ Early Erythroid Progenitor cells are derived fromBone Marrow-CD34+ cells in culture. The Bone Marrow-CD34+ cells are cultured for 7 to 8 days using a serum free expansion media for hematopoietic cells, with the addition of SCF (50ng/ml), EPO (2U/ml), IL-3 (10ng/ml), and IL-6 (10ng/ml) growth factors. The cells are harvested from culture, and the Bone Marrow-CD36+ cells are positively isolated, using direct immunomagnetic CD36 MicroBeads labeling system

PBMC Serum-Free Cell Culture Medium (P1901)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
